When creating your signature template with custom images, you will need to host the images somewhere on the web that is publicly accessible to allow your recipients to see them. One option is to use Google Drive, follow the instructions below to get a publicly accessible URL for your images:

Please Note: There are limitations on the number of downloads from Google Drive, if your signature images are expected to have large download rates, we recommend hosting your images elsewhere

  1. Firstly, upload any images to your Google Drive

  2. Ensure the images you have uploaded have their sharing permissions set to "Anyone with the link"

  3. Open your image and in the top right of the preview window, click the three dots, then Open in New Window 
  4. Take the file ID from the URL in the address bar
    - File ID is typically the string of random characters (https://drive.google.com/file/d/<FILE-ID>/view)
  5. Using the file ID, you can construct your URL in the following format: https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=<FILE-ID>
  6. Insert your newly constructed image URL into your signature template as per the instructions on the following article: Link
