The method defined in this article is dependant of the settings defined in Ancoris Signatures (https://sigs.ancoris.com/sigs/settings).
To make changes to a user’s profile, in terms of editing or updating the information presented in their assigned signatures:
You will need to go to Ancoris Signatures > Manage, locate the user you wish to make changes to and click on the following edit icon ( ) beside their email address. Please note that changes made to the user’s profile will not be accessible from Google applications.
With G Suite Sync enabled:
If you have sync enabled, an Administrator will be required to make changes to the user’s profile within the G Suite Admin Console.
This will overwrite any changes to profile data which you or your users have made since installation, or since the last time the sync process was run.
Please note: No data will be uploaded to your G Suite domain, our service only pulls data.
