Management of Ancoris Signatures can be delegated to other users easily with just a couple of clicks!


Please Note: Any user can be an Administrator on Ancoris Signatures, they don't need to be a G Suite Administrator.


  • Administrators can access all features of Ancoris Signatures, including template configuration, user management, licensing, logs and settings.
  • They are shown under the Manage Users tab with a crown icon next to their email address



1. Grant a New Administrator


To grant a user the Administrator role:

  1. Go to Dashboard
  2. Under the Manage Users tab, click the three dots next to the appropriate user
  3. In the pop-out menu, select Grant Admin
  4. Select Yes


2. Revoke an Administrator's access


To remove an administrator's access to the Ancoris Signatures management console:

  1. Go to Dashboard
  2. Under the Manage Users tab, click the three dots next to the appropriate user
  3. In the pop-out menu, select Revoke Admin
  4. Select Yes
