Delay in updating license count

We are currently aware of an issue with the license count not being reduced immediately after removing signatures from users that cause the license count to be exceeded.


This process can take some time to propagate automatically, however we are looking to speed up this process. 


Recommendation:


Temporarily disable the automatic assignment of signatures under the settings page. Automatically assigning signatures and allowing the assigned license count to exceed can cause this issue. 


Remediation:


Simply waiting for up to 24 hours for the licenses to be recounted.


Alternatively, contact the support team (support@ancoris.com) for the recount to be pushed through.
