Occassionally, you may find that a users signature is not updating within Gmail, even though you have updated their Signature and synced their user profile within Ancoris Signatures.
As a workaround, please re-assign the signature template
To re-assign a signature to a user, you will need to go to Ancoris Signatures > Manage, on the left hand side of the application, click on the template you wish to assign to a user.
You can preview how the template will look like for that particular user by clicking on this icon. To edit the user’s profile you will need to click on this icon.
Click on the user’s you wish to assign the template to, and then click the button and select the appropriate signature template.
You can then click on update signatures or wait for your daily/weekly automatic sync to occur.
