DROP DOWN BOXES FOR DATA ENTRY

The company Info has to be entered for every user, even tough all the users are in the same company. 

These 3 field should be a drop down menu that the Company, department, and Job Title can be selected from.

Ex: the Company name is entered for the first user, when a second user is selected the company name should be a selection in the drop down menu.

For the Department and job title the same way, you add the first department, then the list is populated as you add users from different departments, and with different titles.
